The Boardgames Chronicle give us a solo replay of SPQR's Bagradas Plains scenario It is nearly end of the First Punic War and Carthage is almost defeated. The Romans land in North Africa and the Punic leaders, being desperate, hire a Spartan general, Xanthippus, who managed to actually organize the Carthaginian forces and plan for the best use of their assets.
