 A Time For Trumpets - Victory Conditions & rulebook approach options
A Time for Trumpets is a new battalion level wargame of the Battle of the Bulge by GMT Games. The game system incorporates a number of concepts from two of the highly playable games on the same subject: Bitter Woods by The Avalon Hill Game Company and the iconic battalion level Wacht am Rhein from SPI in 1977. The Big Board takes an initial look discussing the victory conditions, which is always a delicate issue in Bulge games in regards to providing proper balance.
