Welcome to the first issue of SIMULATIONS ONLINE!

SIMULATIONS ONLINE is a new electronic magazine devoted to covering the hobby
of board wargaming in a very unique way.  With SIMULATIONS ONLINE, we hope to
break some new ground.  Our goal is simple:  offer wargamers and game
designers a way to communicate and exchange ideas directly with other gamers
and designers.  

Because Simulations Online is entirely computerized,  we've been able to tap
a pool of hundreds authors, editors, and game designers - you'll recognize
many of the people writing for this magazine as the very same people who have
been bringing you wargames for years!

But its important to remember one thing:  this magazine is being brought to
you by wargamers, for wargamers.  That means that in order to make this
magazine a success and a way for *you* to get your thoughts and ideas across
to other gamers and the designers who bring you their designs, we need people
like *you* to write for us!  Near the end of the magazine you'll find out how
to reach us and what we're looking for.
