Phoenix 4 Feedback Results Our service was given a rating of 6.72 which is down a fraction on past performance. Despite this, 35.62% felt our service was improving whilst 55.0% said it was steady. It may be that those of you who were not quite so enamoured with our service were kept waiting for games that had either gone out of stock or had not yet come into stock, both of which occurences are not entirely in our hands. After sales service was given a 6.23 rating with 41.03% saying it was getting better and 52.56% saying it was steady. In both the above cases, our average rating is down on the ratings given in Phoenix 3. Also in both the above ratings a large percentage said that our service was improving. These two facts do not appear to make sense at first glance. However, the answer may not be so difficult to find. It is certain that very few people fill in their feedback cards everytime therefore there is bound to be a degree of variation. To date we have not taken steps to establish continuity of your feedback returns. However, this has been put to rights with this issue and we should soon be in a position to gauge any fluctuations of opinions from those of you who return your cards on a regular basis. These comments also apply to the answers given to questions 42-47 inclusive. We continue to ask you what non-SPI games you would like us to stock. These questions are asked before we get a chance to see for ourselves what the game is like or before we can obtain details of trade terms. When we have your answers and the above details we must decide whether or not to stock. You gave "The Bay of Pigs" the thumbs down and "Seige of Jerusalem", "Submarine" and "Airforce" the thumbs up. Of these three we are stocking "Submarine" and "Airforce" but not "Jerusalem" at this point due to cost.
