OPTIONAL NAVAL INTERCEPTION RULES

We are working on a set of optional rules for Naval Interception which
we will soon have on our web site for download. 

Instead of interception being automatic, the probability of successfully
intercepting an enemy offensive mission or base change decreases as the
distance traveled from the intercepting fleets' port to the zone of
interception inceases. 

We recommend you use this optional rule.
