A new rule for Last Days of the Grande Armee

11.73 Optional "Engaged" Result

Roll the die on the Elan Table and interpret the result as before.  

If the Force fails its Elan check, it still must attack, but converts all
Ae, Ar and Ex results to "Engaged," suffering Dr and De results normally. 
This attack *does* fulfill the attack requirement on the enemy-occupied hex
involved.

Engaged is a substitute combat result for units which fail their Elan
check.  Basically, nothing happens - attacker and defender remain adjacent
- although the defending unit is considered to have been attacked.
