I thought this could be useful to people... checking the components for
a used copy of gunslinger is tricky, mostly because the bonus action
cards are not in "full decks" like the standard ones, but there's a
different number of each one.

#1 is simply a rehash of all the tables in the rule book (meaning it is
really quite superflous).
