Paul,

I need a sanity check for Thunder Gods to make sure my assumptions are
correct. 

I assume that each counter represents individual aircraft. I also assume
that a damaged result on a already damaged Kamikaze unit eliminates it.
I also assume that there is a -1 modifier for AA fire in the CAP areas.
(There's a -1 modifier listed in the Transit Zone, which is entered from
the CAP areas. So I figure....) 

Do you reshuffle the card deck when you draw the Joker or at the end of
the deck? 

My last game resulted in a 8 VPs loss for the Japanese, thanks to a
lucky Joker draw, but I did lose two destroyers.

Yes.

Yes.

No. This modifier is only for the Transit Area.

Any time the turn ends you reshuffle the deck (either with the draw of
the last card or with a Joker CD).
