A few clarifications

D.2: units can move freely and without restriction, therefore the presence of enemy 
units have no effect? Correct?

6.3: if I read this as written, if Athens is out of supply, even Athenian units in 
Catana are reduced. Correct?

The literal wording if taken is clear, just wanted to be sure as the adjustment 
phase is a key strategy component.

D2: Yes free and without any restriction (that's an abstact adjustment movment 
phase)

6.3: Yes (quite abstract also. Athens allies also abandon Athens if Athnes army 
becomes besieged)
