1) 2.21 Can FW or detected VC stacks be inspected by your opponent at
any time? 

Yes. 

2) 3.0 Do players alternate placing their initial forces (FW first) one
card at a time? 

Yes, that’s what it says. 

3) 4.122 When the FW player recruits a CIDG Camp, the rules mention the
necessity of a Regional Forces unit, but the Player Card mentions a
Regional unit *and* an A-Team or a DAG. Does this mean an A-Team can add
it's +1 to the recruitment attempt, and how would a DAG affect this
recruitment roll? 

You need an A-team or DAG, together with a Regional Forces unit in a
stack to recruit a Camp. The A-team would use its political rating of 2,
with a +1 DRM if it were alone. If an A-team and DAG were together with
an RF unit, then recruiting a Camp would be automatic (2 + 3 +1 DRM). 

4) 4.122 Same question for a recruiting a CIDG Strikeforce. 

Same answer, except you need a Camp in the stack. 

5) 4.134 Does the VC player make the Ambush roll in secret, then inform
the FW player of the result? 

Yes. 

6) 5.413 Can the same HELO unit that aided an Airmobile Assault then
perform an Extraction, or is this considered two separate missions? 

It’s two missions.
