I couldn't find this answered in the Errata:

84 div 1/1 and 2/1 are listed as entering both turn 2 and turn 5. 
Which is it? It will make a big difference for the nationalist defenses!

Elias,

1st and 2nd Regiments of the 1st Bde of the 84th Nationalist Division
(units 1/1 and 2/1 of the 84 Division)arrive as reinforcements on turn 2
(26 july 1938). The 2nd Brigade should arrive on turn 4, (28 July 1938).
