Here is a copy of the questions Andy had which I am posting here: - There is an unused counter in the mix - the SNFE Column D. Answer: This unit was in the original counter mix and then deleted there but not on the OOAP chart, disregard the unit. - The reference to case 3.5 under the Bastiano June 1958 reinforcements on the Order of Appearence (OOAP) Chart should read 3.21 - The reference to case 3.1 under the Guerilla portion of the OOAP Chart should read 3.11. The equivalent Bastiano reference should read 3.21 (not 3.4). Correct. All cases you cite should have been changed by me on a newer chart. Questions - There are 22 provinces which appears to require 21 Policia units according to the initial placement instruction on the OOAP Chart; yet there are only 19 Policia units in the counter mix - which is right? Answer: If I recall, both Sagua de Tanamo and Niquero Provinces should be void of Policia units as these are Communist starting provinces. This leaves 20 provinces, Santiago de Cuba province is garrisoned by R.1 Maceo and does not get a policia unit, leaving 19 units for 19 provinces. - 6.21 states that "Any time after the BRAC unit enters the game..." but I can't see in the rules or the OOAP Chart when it enters - I assume it is simply placed a s a token - i.e. it does not matter where you place it, it can't move or be attacked and it is simply removed from play when 'used'? Answer: The BRAC unit is placed as a reinforcement by the Bastiano Player when he wishes to use it. Once placed, the die roll is resolved and the unit is removed from play.
