Oldenburg Grenadiers The Battle of Brandywine Errata Rev. A Sorry, but the following errors and omissions were noticed only after publication of the game material: RULES 7) COMBAT Cavalry may also choose to retreat in defence. Artillery cannot fire if it is located on an "all dark-green space, (totally forested), or on a creek. (Brandywine Creek) Artillery or rifle units, when firing into a forest space (all dark-green) at a target, must add one (1) to the "attackers" die roll. Units which defend from a "hill" space (an all yellow space) gain one (1) point on the die roll, if the attacker is on a slope space. (a light-green and yellow divided space.) (Add one (1) to attackers die roll.) 8) VICTORY The exit spaces which are missing in the "points award" paragraph are R-35 and II-35. A note on voluntary retreat: If a unit is retreated by defenders option, all friendly units on the same space must retreat also, except "disorganized" units which must remain and are therefore "captured".
