1) Does Wellesley's troops (the 1 cav and 3 arty units) count towards British
morale losses? They don't have a track on the chart.

They do not count towards morale losses.

2) My opponent has an infantry stacked on top of an artillery unit that I want
to counter-battery. Can I specifically target the cannon on the bottom of the
stack, or does his infantry get to absorb the losses?

Infantry absorbs the loss.

3) The rules say that continuation goes steps 2-6, but the s.o.p. says 2-7...
which is correct?

4) When the non-initiative player gets his defensive fire step during my
continuation phase, can just my formations that are actually using the
continuation be fired upon (i.e., ebb-and-flow of battle), or can all his units
fire away at any/all of my units, even if they are not active or continuing?

Only those actually using continuation.

5) Can units incolumn stack while using road movement?
