After this you can/may submit if there are still combat units of both sides in the combat area. If one force (all units of one side) is destroyed you can not submit. BUT if you had attack the some nation in an different area you get a second chance. Some procedure: one round of combat after this: submit! I hope that helps Kind regards Andreas Steding Göttingen
