Christopher Hall - 08:51am Mar 27, 1999 PST (#494 of 497) Now playing B:AGS, War Galley and Gringos RHB; Quick bit of Gringos errata - maybe. The TEC refers to rules Sec "5.16" in note (h). Apparently the topic is DRMs in fire combat when elevations are different. The chart seems (almost) self explanatory. But there is no section 5.16 in the main rules. Special rules sections 5.16 (there are a couple of different ones) are discussing other stuff. Just use the chart as written? Or is there more we should know? And should firing down 2 levels be +1, not -1 (since firing down 3 levels is +1)? Inquiring minds ... Thanks. CJH Richard H. " Just use the chart . . .I think that was the reference I forgot to remove; it was probably to the old LOS section . . .(lots of cutting and pasting done for this), but it is unnecessary, And you are right, firing down 3 levels (most unusual, probably never happen) is -1, not +1. Proofreading is worse for your eyes than a weekend with a Pamela Anderson Home Video . . . I looked around, but didn't see the ratings anywhere. The game looks good, I'm really looking forward to giving it a try. ------------------------- Richard H. They're on the "cutting room floor". (They're still in the non-formatted manuscript; somewo did not get converted over to Pagemaker . . .). Amyway: Range is 21 hexes; +2 is 1-3; 0 is 4-11, -2 whatever's left. RHB
