I put forth a few questions to Uli about Eastwall. Here 
are a couple clarifications from Uli/MiH:

1. You may put Soviet units into the Stavka Box voluntarily - there is no 
limit.

2. The Germans move first in scenario 16.1 and the campaign.

3. You may plot Soviet paradrops before turn 1/scenario start.
