Subject: Command #37 errata

Here's some errata from Command #40.

THE MOSCOW OPTION
9.5 Guderian KIA (clarification).  If a unit or stack Guderian is
assigned to support is completely eliminated in combat, but he's not
killed in action according to the normal application of this rule,
remove him from the map for the duration of that game turn.  He is
returned to play during the Support Unit Committment Phase of the next
German player turn.
