Mapper for Windows Version 1.1

Mapper for Windows is a MS-Windows program to display Output from 
a Diplomacy Judge as a set of units on a map. It :

- Supports all Judge Variants

- Features maximum simplicity in loading the current position

- Can zoom in on any part of the map, at up to 64x magnification

- Displays the location of supply centres, province names, province
abbreviations

- Lists the latest moves, retreats, builds

- Lists the current owner of each supply centre

- Lists the units to retreat, build, disband

- Displays the initial position for each variant

- Can have new variants added without any change to the code

To install Mapper for Windows :

a) Download the zip file to your local PC
b) Create a directory for Mapper for Windows
c) Unzip the zip file into the directory
d) Create an icon for mapper.exe in one of your program groups

To Upgrade from Version 1.0, simply unzip Version 1.1 into the 
directory which currently contains Version 1.0. This will preserve
your list of games, but will overwrite all the updated files. You
may find the -o option in pkunzip (overwrite existing files) makes
this a lot easier.
