From: "Robert Furney" Subject: Fall of Rome Scenario changes The following changes I have made to some of the scenarios to make them all the more accurate and interesting. SCENARIO ONE: Teutoburger Wald Crisis 1. Thracia is no longer Roman controlled. Place rebel militia at full strength. The two legions beginning the game there are ignored. 2. Armenia is no longer Roman controlled as well. It is now a minor power with militia full strength. SCENARIO FOUR: Illyrian Revival 1. Hispania is not under Roman control. Place it under Independent State #2 with Gallia and Britannia. Rebel militia is full strength. Optional: Breakdown Independent State #2's legions to three in Britannia, three in Gallia, and one in Hispania. SCENARIO SIX: Dissolution in the West 1. Keep separate treasuries for each half of the empire. 2. Optional: Breakdown the Huns to B75 in the Eastern Empire and B75 that will go toward the western half. SCENARIO SEVEN: Counterattack from the East 1. One leader only. 2. Reduce the legions from 12F to 8F. 3. Double the Barbarians in Italy to B40. 4. Plague (see rules from scenario 2). 5. In Italy, upon the Roman's entry, if a leader is not present the number of Barbarians can regenerate as per militia rule 16.6. Do not use militia units, only Barbarians. The Roman leader must be present during the Non-Roman Militia Regeneration phase for determination. ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
