Here is a variant for Dunkirk(Guidon)

Mechanized Movement/Combat Phase variant

Add to the game a German and Allied Mechanized phase after their
Replacement phase. 

German Mech units move at Full and Allies at Half movement allowance.If
at the end of the Mech phase units are adjacent to enemy units they may
attack again and Auto Elimination may also occur
