House Rules

A single artillery can participate in either assault or Bombardment 
attacks during a segment, not both. A force can conduct both during a 
segment.

Impetuous March: Treat as No March for zero-strength units.

Command markers are returned to the randomizer at the beginning of 
the owning player's turn.
