What about the simple adjustment that the capture : of Hannibal isn't an automatic victory condition? (Carthage can continue : playing, but Hannibal is out of the game for good.) I actually posted them before, but I had to get going quickly. Here they again: - Allow Hannibal to use DE card without the automatic change of initiative. (It would be rolled for normally) (This is one I'm going try in my next game.) - Allow Hannibal to use his special ability of playing a Probe as a FL,FR or DE more than once per battle. - Allow Hannibal to use teh probe for any card. (This one is pretty minor.) - Modify the Naval Combat Table by adding a "Return to port w/ attrition" at 3. (This simulates a partial loss of forces in a naval engagement.) Note I haven't tested these yet, but I'd like to hear what other people think. -- Richard Irving rri1@pge.com I don't like disclaimers, but I have to put them in. The opinions here are my own and not necessarily PG&E's. (As if it had any opinions about this stuff!) Made with recycled electrons.
