QUEBEC LIBRE TABLES +ACY- CHARTS POPULATION CENTRE NON-DISTRIBUTION EFFECTS If a population centre does not receive the required product, the area suffers the following effects Standard of Living -1.0 Popularity -1.5 Unemployment +-0.5 These effects are per each required product point not consumed EXCESS CONSUMPTION EFFECTS One product may be consumed by a population centre in excess of the required amount with the following effects: Standard of Living +-0.2 Popularity +-0.1 A limit of one product may be consumed in excess per population centre DEVELOPMENT By expending 1 material and 1 energy product for three turns on the site of an undeveloped resource, the undeveloped resource may be developed. Also, each of the three turns sees the following adjustments: Unemployment -0.2 Popularity +-0.1 EXPORTS Excess product must be moved to Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal or Halifax. The player then removes the product and claims it was exported.
