That happens between "consenting adults" as it were . We have, however, been involved in the selling of gamesets, in which we strike a deal with a game company and have very nicely made sets available for a reasonable price. Also, it is obviously to our best interest to see as many "homemade" gamesets (which range from the poorly done, to the exquisite....) traded as possible. We just can't get involved. However, I know of several web sites that have them, and that's great by us. We applaud. The reality is, I don't think the game companies really care. It tends to drive up sales of their boardgames, because now people can actually PLAY the damn things . There is, however, one VERY big exception to this rule. Avalon Hill has bluntly stated they do not want to see their sets publicly traded. They realize that they cannot stop private trades between owners of the games... just as described in the ADC manual as the technically legal method. However they might get excited if they found a web site with Avalon Hill titles up for grabs. This is the only company we've encountered that is "anti-ADC" so to speak. (Which explains probably what is helping their slide toward bankruptcy...their clueless management! They've managed to make a win-win deal into a lose-lose....) Anyway, I don't think there is going to be a problem as long as 1. the sets are "homemade" and not a duplicate of a "for sale" set 2. AH stuff is avoided like the plague. I hope that all made sense....... -Sturmer
