WORLD WAR II IN THE WEST - The first page of the rulebook mentions a scenario for the German invasion of the Soviet Union. This scenario is planned for the future and is not actually included. It will be posted to this website once completed. - 4.0 - Winter rules also apply in Northern France (north of the Vichy line), Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Yugoslavia, Hungary, and Poland. The Western Allies (all but the Soviet Union) are effected by winter in the same way as the Axis. - 6.4 - Generals may use the rail network but do not take up a rail point. - 11.0 - United Kingdom starts at 40 IPCs. Turkey starts at 30 IPCs. Spain starts at 30 IPCs. Sweden starts at 30 IPCs. - 12.4.3 - The Mediterranean Army limit does not apply to East Africa. The East African Army limit in 12.4.6 applies. - 12.4.4 - Axis ships may not pass through the Suez Canal unless Egypt is captured. - 12.6.1 - Germany may setup units in Finland after the Winter War is over.
