Germany starts with 6 Fortress units for 12 CV (not 10), and 1 cavalry for 1 CV (not 2). The unit labels are correct. Winter '43: 1) Setup (clarification). German Paras begin this and all later scenarios grounded. Surnmer'44: 2) Allied Naval/Air Supremacy (change). German HQs only cost 15 PPs/step (not 20) in S'44 and Winter '44, rising to 20 PPs/step if Ploesti's oil production is lost (German HQ cadres cost 30 and 40, respectively).
