They can not disband at sea, however. 2. Sea Movement isn't blocked by an enemy ship, as long as the moving units are not Pinned. Only Sea Retreat is blocked by the presence of an opposing ship. 3. The only way into or out of the Bay is through the Yorktown hex, so an enemy block there would blokc movement in either direction, Mark
