Michael Socey - Oct 2, 2007 6:07 am (#220 Total: 226) Roberto, I had a few more questions come up during my first play through of Gliders.... By the way, the Germans won by the end of turn 7. 1. Can a unit be the target of fire combat more than once in a turn. Say two German units are in the same area as a Belgian unit, can each German unit target and fire at the Belgian unit by itself? 2. What happens when a suppressed unit receives another suppressed result? I ignored the second result and left the unit suppressed. 3. Same question as above, but with a routed unit receiving another rout result. I routed the unit back two spaces, except for Belgian units in Area E. I eliminated those Belgian units. 4, Do you never roll for morale recovery for a suppressed or routed unit IN an area with an ACTIVE enemy unit except for Belgian routed units, (to see if those Belgian units surrender)? Sorry for all the questions, but I want to make sure I'm playing this game as you intended. Thanks, Michael Roberto Chiavini - Oct 2, 2007 10:21 am (#221 Total: 226) Michael, Your questions are much welcomed, as I'm writing the rulebook in a language different from mine that I'm not able to master as I would, and you have to add to this the fact that many things remains inside my pen (or my keyboard, in this case). So, here the explanations: 1) No. 2) They have to check morale and if they fail, become routed. 3) As above, but in case of failure the unit is reduced (if already reduced, is eliminated instead) 4) Correct Thanks for your questions as they are needed to make clarifications (my rule writing style still needs improvements).
