Neil Siddons-Smith - 10:28am May 6, 2001 PST (#381 of 384) "Diplomacy is the art of letting someone else have your way" Just got Blitzkreig General. Looks very good from read of rules but was wondering about the card French Vichy surrender. It says about random french land units, but what land unit counters are in the pile? Am I right in saying that mainland France goes too germany and vichy and colonies are neutral? In the europe map game am I right in saying that to capture Russia you take all the provinces on the European map? UDO GREBE - 12:59pm May 6, 2001 PST (#382 of 384) Answers to BG Questions: Vichy surrender: Random units means all except the ones marked "V" or "F". Mainland France goes to Germany, Colonies are neutral. To defeat the USSR in a European scenario you must conquer all on map areas, which is directly concluded from the rules. Neil Siddons-Smith - 02:20pm May 7, 2001 PST (#383 of 384) "Diplomacy is the art of letting someone else have your way" Thank's for the answer's but still with the French Vichy. Am I right in saying that germany can move in to Vichy area and colonies with out declaring war? Am I also right in saying that Italy can build the Vichy infantry in the area. so the normal infantry and Vichy infantry are the same side? In the basic game you can invade but are there any minus for invading like in the advanced game? How come in the setup for 1941, the french are on the allied card, does this mean the allies control the Vichy French? Can the Brits and Americans only build the Free French in their home countries? These may seem basic questions but my mate I play against will try to find any advantage for him including miss reading the rules. Thank's if you can help UDO GREBE - 10:02am May 8, 2001 PST (#384 of 384) Answers to BG Questions >Thank's for the answer's but still with the French Vichy.
