For Defensive First Fire purposes, is it considered to have spent only one MF in that building hex - or two MF. A. Two MF. A4.2 If a stack of units are moving together, and a unit in the stack expends MF to place a SMOKE grenade/DC or to Recover a SW, then must other units in the stack also expend the same MF if they are to continue to move together as a stack?
