errata for Alea 18

Here's some errata for issue 18 of Alea, El cierre de la bolsa de Mérida
(July-August 1938) 

Nationalist set up. Divisions 21 and 22 are missing from the initial set
up table. These units may deploy in hexes AA3 and A39. Always behind the
deployment line (in green.) They may not deploy stacked together. 

Clarification. Nationalist divisions 74 and 102 deploy on turn 1 as
specified in page VII or the rules. Provided they had not been
eliminated, on turn 3 these two units are withdrawn, although on turn 14
the 102 Division enters play as reinforcement.
