countries; all others start at zero. Note that Italian and Turkish
levels are for their first turn of entry. After that, follow the Turn
Record Track.

Germany: 40             Russia: 30              Turkey: (10)
Austo-Hungary: 20       United States: 20
France: 15              Italy: (15)             Belgium: (1)

(I don't know why DG put the Belgian value in parenthesis.)

2. Result 5 under column 0 should read, "2/1".
