Errata -- 1942 (Game Designers Workshop)
GDW April 15, 1980

Inadvertently, several illustrations have been omitted from the 
1942 rules booklet.  Specifically:

1)  Illustrations (page 4) of the four unit types which affect 
ordinary stacking (infantry, marine, machine gun, and guards) were 
left out, as was

2)  The illustration (page 4) of a fortress to acompany the 
fortress stacking portion of rule 4.

3)  On the back cover Terrain Costs Chart (page 16) the 
illustrations of the various terrain types were omitted.  They are 
as follows:

Clear                  1 MP
Sea                    Requires NMPs, or 
                        use of rules 5A-2
                        or 3.
Rough/                 2 MP - No tank or
Mountain                garrison units
                        except on road.
Swamp                  2 MP - No tank
                        units except on

Road                   1 MP - Supercedes
                        cost of underlying
                        terrain.
