New links/files on Web-Grognards, 28th March 1999

I have had to reload every page on Web-Grognards in order to replace the link on every page to the Web Techs HTML validator. Web Techs apparently went bust and their domain appears to have been purchased by a porno merchant, hence the link was not leading to what it should :-(

The Previous Grognards Challenge: Stefan Hess (stefan_hess@csi.com) was the first to guess 'Morsecode' (UGG). A new Challenge awaits!
